Brownies

Bring to boil: 
1 cup butter
1 cup water
2 Tbsp cocoa

Remove from heat. While this cools, mix in bowl:
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
½ cup buttermilk
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Blend all together and pour onto greased and floured 11x17 cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Frost (see below) while warm and serve.

Frosting

Bring to a boil:
½ cup butter
3 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp Buttermilk

Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and powdered sugar to right consistency then add ½ cup walnuts, optional. Frost brownies while still warm.
